This summer girl of mine loves fruit salad and lucky for all of us, she loves making it for the family.

This was the perfect treat after a morning spent at the pool for a swim meet this morning. Bananas, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and pineapple...now I'm hungry.

I never thought lime would be an oil I would reach for...until I tried it in a few diffuser blends. It's amazing and one I include often these days. And it's pretty darn affordable so that's a big win. What's your favorite way to use lime?
