So grateful for this right now. I've been rowing at home and my knees aren't loving me for it (my waistline is though!) I love the cooling and pain relief this cream gives me after my workout.

Have you made the laundry room switch yet? We started with wool dryer balls replacing our dryer sheets (affordable, natural and customizable scents) and have moved into laundry soap and targeted stain sticks and scent booster...it makes me feel good

I never thought lime would be an oil I would reach for...until I tried it in a few diffuser blends. It's amazing and one I include often these days. And it's pretty darn affordable so that's a big win. What's your favorite way to use lime?
